We still hadn't heard back from the house that we really like that I have talked about. So, I gave her a call. Apparently we were at the top of the list for the house, but after talking to our current landlord, we were put back into the pile. That's right, the jerk gave them a bad report about us. I am beginning to really hate this guy. Not sure what he said, but I have a feeling it might of been about the couple times that we didn't get the rent paid on the 1st and didn't give him notice. ERR...this guy is really starting to make me mad.
We also had a little run in with him about keeping the exterior clean of toys and clutter. Which I completely understand, but he threw our stuff into a pile in the side yard. Which after researching, he is not able to do that without giving us notice. Also he harassed Jonathon about keeping the yard clean. I think (hope) that I have given myself a second chance. She is going to talk to her daughter and I hope that we can be put back up on the top of the list.
The beautiful weather on the coast has really perked up my mood. :)
