So, I get a phone call from Roy today. The first thing that he tells me is that I was almost able to get out of work for the day. Well, he is working today and was driving to a call code 3 (lights and sirens) when this car passes in a double laned part of the HWY. Of course he did what any smart person would do and hit the brakes. According to a witness, one set of tires was dangling in mid air. If he didn't get the ambulance stopped when he did, he could have gotten seriously hurt.
I'm just happy that he is okay and the witness got the driver of the car's license plate. So, I think that guy is going to get a ticket. YAY!!
Wow. I'm really glad that Roy wasn't hurt. Praise God!
